Almost sure itīs going to be EWR, specially now that SQ is leaving the route, the New Jersey area is very convinient for thousands of travellers over JFK.
Second option could be SEA or BOS and far behind I think is DFW and MIA, however for DFW I think we have more chances to see AA than CX and MIA is too long too thin too make a real profit out of it.
