Familiarisation and differences training extends the privileges of a class rating (or type rating) and can therefore be taken as being within the privileges of both an FI, and a CRI (or a TRI). More significant is the fact that no instructor certificate includes the privilege to instruct for the MCCI certificate, so where will all the MCCIs come from?
