Sorry to disagree, but this is what I find refreshing and innocent about Japanese news releases. They are usually not 'managed' by a damage limitation team as in the west and you can often find some internal nugget as to what is going on. It may not be a big deal in itself, certainly not in this case, but it has a ring of truth and helps to build an honest picture, which I value.
