Given current aircraft capabilities this is likely to require around a doubling of the runway length and a pretty challenging instrument approach to 12/missed approach from 30. But they'd be able to design it with RNAV approaches from the outset which would simplify things a bit.
Interesting to note that Unst is closer to Bergen than Aberdeen.
