Virgin do not have a monopoly on Bogans, Qantas has just as many.
So when chosing who I fly with I now consider bogans ppm as about the same, flight times about the same, the way customers get treated by the company, not the same and the way staff are treated by the company, not the same.
Net result, VA get the $$ every time. The only exception is when there is a really good reason to go QF, even if they were cheaper.
QF would have to do something miraculous to win our company business back. And that was from a staunch loyal QF customer(s).
