That looks very much like Ken Cumberbatch from Guyana, standing there already wearing his green blazer, GA badge, and flannels. In which case, it wasn't
his first day at work, because I remember him being attached to load control in T3.
By coincidence, Monday 11th September 1967 was my first day in flight operations, having escaped from load control on Saturday the 9th. (One day off between jobs - I must've been keen!)
