sounds like you are developing a varicose vein.
these occur when the little one way valves in the vein fail.
then the next one fails and the next one fails and so on until the next one doesn't fail. they hurt for a while. you develop a permanently swollen vein which means that you aren't quite the adonis down on the nude beach.
cant be fixed.
most of us oldies have them.
