Let's say that the reason why Azzurra did not take on AirMalta Cabin Crew is that we are "too expensive" !
A basic "all inclusive" pay is not good for the airlne either. Crew have no incentive to work and they will report sick frequently.
I met a few Azzurra new recruits returning home after their training in Malta. I wish them luck. Sorry that the conditions are not, well, ideal.
