It seems fairly obvious to me that this person has little in depth knowledge about airlines and airline flying. The reply by PP shows crew and airline procedures that were followed and ensured that a safe flight took place albeit with a few curved balls thrown in. That is what the passengers pay for! In good faith crews invite aviation enthusiasts up to the front office. It would be a pity if this should stop because most of us promote aviation with a passion. "Richard Craniums" like 1captain who take advantage of the hospitality then promptly go out and attempt to trash the crew/airline deserve to be kicked out into the cold!
