If you think those at Oxford or FTE who weren't sponsored are doing any better you need to think again. The only thing anywhere near a sure thing is CTC. The rest may help you get an assessment, but plenty of integrated guys fail them too.
The main thing to take away from this thread is that training is a big risk. Entering into it without a plan for a year or two of unemployment is unwise at best. Jobs are out there, andthose outside the big airline schemes are found by speaking to the right people and hanging around airfields.
