You are required to let the CAA know of any change in your health status and any new medication.

http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/2499/Coron...estigation.pdf you will need to follow. Make sure the cardiologist sees it so if they are not used to dealing with pilots they know what you will require to show the CAA.
