There have been a few flights in the past which have gone out with Cabin Crew who did speak arabic.
Generally as a rule NO ONE is allowed to speak arabic as the passengers do not want you to understand what is being said on board the a/c
If anyone is thinking about joining them go for it but keep your options open and get the experience and then move on to bigger and better however I do think it is unaccepitable to be employed on Amiri but to do flying firstly on QR Mainline. Who ever came up with this is real smart NOT but then again it probably was

As for the one Qatari cabin crew who was terminated he just turned up for work when he felt like it and never did anything on the flights anyway.
