I don`t see what the big deal is. They had to shut down one engine,dump the fuel... they got back in one peace. Nice job from the part of the flight crew.
And everybody knows that if you fly around the world a lot this things happen. It happened to me numerous times that I had to spend the night in a hotel to wait for another flight. And I`m propably not the only one.
If this was comming from a pax I wouldn`t say nothing, but form a aviation pro, and on Pprune. Come on Buddy!Chill out!
