The Bouncer from Mothercare he changed all that, loads of crew left and they then had to move accommodation which was not as nice as the old one, although better then what QR mainline crew have.
As for working on mainline first sorry I just would not lower myself to that IF I was employed to working on Amiri. Never heard anything like it being given a VIP job and having to fly as ordinary crew for the airline first. Complete Shizers.
If you want to get some VIP experience then yes go for it and keep looking for other jobs cause you meet up with other vip crews and hear of jobs and keep networking.
The money is better than mainline crew get but as for vip jobs you could get more elsewhere and not have to put up with QR management or
