You also need to refer to the very long list of NOTAMs published since the effective date of the chart to see what (if any) permanent details might supersede/amend the chart. Best you can do for now - but very necessary - particularly for AYPY, and also for some other of the more frequently used airports (hesitate to say major). Note also details from an early 2012 SUP re changes to RNC related to new VORDME at Kavieng, which mean that all routes to/from Kavieng are different. Ditto earlier NOTAMs (and/or knowledge) re navaids that are on the RNC that are actually no longer in existence or operational - therefore related route is effectively invalid.
