Your point about CAR 210 is valid but remember thatr you are under an aoc from your school , as long as you quote the AOC number in any adverts you do you are OK
What I would warn you about is some of these other self centred back stabbing senior instructors that would **** on you as soon as look at you. Watch them carefully and don't take any **** from them

It is a good job regardless of that what you have to do is work on being the best you can be with the few student that you have. That way you will get you students to do the advertising for you
