some of those who got jobs did so immediately, some only in the last few months.
Those that got jobs clearly networked well before and during their course, and were able to job hunt straight away.

Those who sold themselves to Ryanair, well fair enough if that's your plan, but it doesn't work for everyone, and the streets are hardly paved with gold once you're there.

For those who don't find a job within a year or so will really start to struggle. I know a lot of people who struggle to fund their IR renewals, and then when they do get an interview/sim assessment their IR skills are so rusty that they drop the ball and fail their only shot.

It's a real shame, but I cannot emphasise enough the need to network effectively before you even start training, and have decent back up plans. Lots of people seem to use Ryanair as their plan A, without a proper plan B when they then don't get in.
