Certainly with the 'glasshouse' views, there will be a lot more questions on Spectators' Balcony about 'why and where' and at least pax will be able to warn the flight crew if they are either heading for a cumulo-granitus or about to over/undershoot the runway - and TCAS could become a thing of the past............
