Financial Redundancy Incentive for mil rearcrew
Apparently not enough experienced mil rearcrew applied for the Managed Path so the RAF is going to offer a tax-free golden goodbye of £50k to encourage SAR rearcrew to leave the military and join Bristow. This new scheme will be known as a Financial Redundancy Incentive and will benefit both the RAF, by getting rid of unnecessary NCA, and Bristow, who will now have a bigger cadre of experienced rearcrew to man their bases. The individuals will also be much better off!
