Aerial Work or AOC

Hi There

I have seen various posts on the subject of aerial work and have a fairly good understanding of when an AOC is required but the following example I believe is aerial work.

Can anyone advise how this would be classified.

1.Customer
2. Company A Ltd Owns aircraft (CA)
3. Photo Company Ltd Is a Photography Company (PCL)
4. Photographer is a director and employee of PCL
5. Pilot is a commercial pilot self employed not connected with either of the two companies.

Customer commissions Photo Company Ltd (PCL) to take some aerial photos. PCL does not own its own aircraft so rents aircraft from CA. PCL then hires Pilot to fly the aircraft they have rented to take their employee, the photographer, on the aerial photo assignment.

Is this flight aerial work or can it be deemed as AOC.

Thanks in advance.

If you believe one way or another please could you elude as to the reasons and which part of the ANO you might be interpreting.

Thanks in advance
