Actually this is quite correct. Crew bids have been minimised to 5 bids maximum.
Crew also had an email stating - No more 'Avoid' and also no more 'Buddy Bid'.
Same reasons given for crew - avoid disruption, ease pressure etc...and this was justified by using the example of "Pursers only used this option x amount of times for x month so it shouldn't affect everyone" - Pursers are the smallest group of crew from the list (PUR,SFS,FG1,GR1,GR2) so it really doesn't encompass the entire crew now does it.
Trying to make people believe much?
I feel for crew and F/D alike.
Btw just to add - crew FTL's have seem to vanished from Cabin Crew Manuals - No max upper limit
