Well that's not going to happen ! Pilots are using this board to vent and that's it , a very small number actually write to fleet and even a smaller number actually speak their minds.
BA , you are right , the company will come back and show that the overall bid satisfaction has improved on the backs of everyone's rosters. Who will be affected the most , the commuters.

When job satisfaction is falling amongst the majority of employees, then the management has failed...why do they also fail to realise this?

Because they still get paid regardless and, more importantly, we still stay regardless! Supply and demand. Change either of the above and effort will be made to retain staff and encourage the best to join. When the best arrive and you treat them well, you start winning awards again. Hardly rocket science.

IB57, does anybody really think they give a camel's squat about our job/anything satisfaction? And it's not just the flight crew. They don't want your loyalty, enthusiasm, or longevity....they want you to do your job as they see it, you take your 30 pieces of silver and keep your yap shut. But then again, most expat jobs are not too dissimilar.
