The terms and conditions were vague at best. All I remember was that the pay was very limited until training was completed. Accommodations were set to be in a three star hotel. A three star hotel in Bangladesh is not the same as a three start hotel, say in the US or Euroland.
Perhaps they've changed their way of thinking as they've not been able to attract or acquire the talent they are looking for.
