by reducing the avoid and a few little things "it will ease pressure on the rostering system"....
Ohhhh poor system, it get's overpressured so easy.... maybe it should get some vacation that little system... or upgrade the computers that are the rostering system....

It's again only the pilots fault.... of course the comapny with their 1000 litttle rules they implemented over the years, has nothig to do with it...
bad bad pilots.... you even overpressur the rostering system....
