Hmm let me see...flight plan?but also route knowledge(how much fuel you normally save/aircraft performance(what flight level you can achieve with your expected take off weight,what runway(SID)you will expect for take off and STAR for landing ,how much fuel do you normally save for a specific short cut,(ie early base)...
Have a read on cruise fuel economy,optimum FL/flight plan FL,also if your destination is performance restricted(ie LM less than max structural landing weight) then open these damn FCOM and start reading about approach and landing climb limit weights and all the rest.
So to make it short and sweet,read and analyse.
