You already hold an Indian DGCA CPL and hence conversion rules and procedure dont apply any longer in your case

Refer to this CAR on the min requirements needed to get a SE endorsement

IF you are doing you flight training in India then you need to pass the tech specific exam

If you are going abroad , the flight school there has to conduct a tech specific exam and the marked answer sheet has to be sent directly to the DGCA

Passing the DGCA Tech Specific is strongly recommended

Prior to giving the DGCA exams you need to get a new admit card approved by them

P.S : I would strongly recommend you renew the Pilot license on a new multi engine like the PA 34 . You can pass the DGCA Tech Specific and then go abroad and get it endorsed on the DGCA License
You wont be able to apply to any of the airbus operators if you dont have a valid multi engine license
