Why would you consider going to Sydney for a PA 31 endorsement? You are in Melbourne, there are many operators there who will do an excellent job of endorsing you on that type.
Or is your idea of reasonable incompatible with with the realistic expectations of the aircraft operator?
It's not always about the money guys........
