It's not evident on that second clip, but C-V has a big drop off behind where he piled in.

If he was struggling to bring it round that turn, he could easily have rolled off the bank and descended even below airfield elevation if required. That would have taken him away from the field safely.

At first I thought 'why is he here?', but I think they must use a display line about 40 degrees off the runway c/l. He still must have been in some danger of overflying the crowd and maybe was hauling it around to avoid this.

Looks like he hit the Police Chopper hangar. It's right next to the museums hangar and resto shop.

Edit to add: That RATA that flew before him was very near the crowd and certainly flying towards it- when you first see the Saeta in the second clip, he circles right where the crowd are.
I suspect flying discipline 'may' be an issue here. I hope not though....
