No I wasn't saying it was one of 'our' questions, I was saying it is complete rubbish.
Precession is caused by a force acting on the gyro, 'a latitude nut' would be a good answer. If the question has confused precession and transport wander a good answer would be 'the changing difference between the true north and grid north datums'. As it sits it's just babble.
