Hey sennadog... wondered where you'd been.
I had about 6 weeks with no flying after GFT in Oct, but then wx got a bit better and I got converted onto the club Archer. With 4 seats and 120kts cruise, there's no stopping me.
Have done IMC ground exam and about 3 hrs flying (pretty much in REAL IMC conditions this weekend!).
Sooooo... IMC completion is on the agenda, and a cross-channel checkout and then the world's my oyster. Weather permitting
I really fancy doing aero's but the other half has threatened all sorts of nasties if I do... it's all those Pitts going up vertically off the deck that keeps the yearn high.
Am also planning trip to States where I was hoping to fly from Sanfran to Seattle but I think the regs may just make it too much hassle.
If you fancy doing some 2 pilot sorties, mate, email me and we'll swap mobiles etc.
