Yep, but I think there is now a totally different view in manning on how they are used.
Pontious, you are right and I think it is still similar, it depends not just on FJ/RW/ME but on specialisation (FJ navs won't be getting many flying jobs in 7 years or so) as well as SO2 or SO3.
Another difference between SA and PAS is that PAS is not supposed to make any difference to your promotion prospects.
