I used Rob Avery's and found it to be sensational. Rob was fantastic and he couldn't do enough to help you. I also thought that the cost was very reasonable and considering the ease with which I went through them all, well worth it!
On top of the theory I also got free access to his editorials and various other postings. Several airline interviews articles and so forth which are well worth the read.
