The headsets in the aircraft are Sennheiser hme/c 46. They are ok but there is very little noise attenuation even with both earcups on. Many use the ANR HMEC 25/26 as their own personal headset which is a hell of a lot better on a long day and considering the length of your potential career, important!

The pin plug set up in out Airbus does not provide power to any ANR so you need the self contained battery powered version. There are other headset options but they need to be certified for aviation use, usually via a TSO.
