Either way, the best way to fund your flying training is to get the job that pays most in the shortest time. Sure, you might gain "experience" of looking for lost passengers or despatching fuel bowsers or whatever but if you need funds, look for the best paying job you can find.
What's the point of having experience in flight ops if you're too poor to pay for your flying training?
