On a SPH operation and SPH means without CAA approved and in RFM/ops manual/AOC described MPH operation, just the a/c PIC are able to log flight times. Safety or "customer wished" second pilots don't exist in JAR-FCL and in EU-FCL.
MPH flight times can only be logged after MCC and MPH check rides. SPH training flights are allways still SPH operation with a PIC and a FI but no MPH times.
