I know I'll be kept right when I get into it ... and I've found the answer with Google and a little wading through docs - CAP 804 to be specific.
Though it was kinda what I was trying to avoid at 10pm on a Thursday with a glass of red next to me!!
I would never trust a forum response ... but it can put you in the right direction.
