Just a wild guess here, but I'm thinking very few gweillos from Europe or Oz will be chomping at the bit to fly on the China Southern kangaroo route through ZGGG. Plenty of other options on more reputable airlines through more interesting hub cities. China Southern had better fill up those A380s with Chinese passengers, or they might be in trouble.
