...try to simplify anything Airbus by Boeingfying it with the KISS method -
1. Open your FCOM Supp to the drill required (eg man start, x-bleed, SE start/taxy, whatever)
2. PNF reads and both crew review (incl those pesky but bloody important notes and anything
in italics)
3. Both drivers discuss and make totally clear who does what and when
4. Questions
5. When it comes time to carry out the drill - PNF reads, PF does (ie challenge-response) and
PNF still crosschecks anything guarded
That's my outfit's 320 SOP.
