I42 that looks like it.

Normal after takeoff checklist protocol usually goes like this:

Pilot Not Flying ... Positive Rate
Pilot Flying.......... Gear Up

I'll bet the PNF called the whole thing - Positiverategearup - in a squeaky voice.
