Free WiFi would knock the socks off BA for London/Manchester O&D traffic though. One of the single biggest complaints of customers on BA is lack of WiFi, free or paid.
Maybe I'm just unlucky, but in the many times I've flown Norwegian, whether it be UK, Norway or Finland I've never had a 'good' WiFi experience. It's a good novelty item to have and passes time as you spend 99% of your flight hopelessly refreshing stuff hoping it has the power to refresh a page, which it rarely does
