Applied after the one year mark, yes there are issues!
The percentage was different, direct from company.
I understand that there may be a change shortly! As labour Canada is investigating if Mr. Readys decision is more restrictive (to employee) than the law.
If they find it is so, then we will have a very favorable outcome!!
I cannot stress how important it is for all to make their claim now and keep the pressure on!
