We're past the 1 year mark..
I am pleased to read of your success in garnering what is rightfully yours.
A few questions come to mind for those of us about to embark on this route.
a) did you apply prior to the one year anniversary of the CBA coming into effect?
b) If you applied past this point, did this present any particular problems?
c) Did you obtain the full amount owed, or a percentage thereof..?
d) Was the amount described in (c) paid by CHC?..or by another entity?
