It doesn't matter where you work, there will always be something to moan about. There will always be someone who always moans.
I know it's hard to keep up being happy when people around you moan...but just try not to listen to that. Because as soon as you give in you find yourself moaning and it's really hard to stop. I know, believe me. So, unless you have a very serious reason to leave, stay where you are!
