A bit of nit picking there isn't it?
It amounts to the same thing. I am not suggesting that Unite should persue individual claims on behalf of non members but if it mounts a claim for holiday pay for cabin crew then it has to be for all cabin crew wether or not they are members.
Same thing with pay claims or agreement changes they apply to all not just members.
A change to their aggressive attitude to everything may encourage more people to consider them as a credible organisation.
