You are incorrect, ill-informed or lying, not sure which, when you stated that

For the avoidance of doubt BASSA said the following
"We must also state that it is not Unite’s intention to pursue either via legal action or through reaching an agreement, any claims for non-Unite members."
They have never stated that ONLY union CC members will get the holiday pay due - they simply stated they would not be pursuing claims for non-union members.
You lose credibility when you accuse one party of lying then spout lies to the members on here yourself.
