I Applied last year but didn't get past the testing.
I dont look back in disappointment though. I wouldn't have got into the Airline im in now.

When I got through I had;

NVQ Level 2 in Performing Engineering Operations (Lathe, hand work, building circuits and CAD)
National Diploma In Aerospace Engineering.
GCSE's graded A-C (D in Math)

The tests on the day were;
Math
English
Mechanical Reasoning
Psychometric.

They usually hold the English test last, and tell you, when you are done, you're free to leave. Don't leave until the time is up.

Me and a few others from my college left when we completed the last test, none of us got any response, so we think that its part of the weaning process, anyone who leaves, doesn't get any further. However, that's our opinion. We could, and most likely, have under performed on the tests compared to others.
