I would suggest to read your own company's OM-A/B to find your answer, since all company have some different wording and SOP's. Doesn't always have to be fully Airbus style.

Might seem weird that companies change/alter some Airbus SOP's, but then again if your company flies multiple aircraft from different manufacturers (Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, Fokker), than it seems legitimate to make some standard SOP's for the whole company.

In our company:

Going up:
PF: "altimeters"
PNF: "Standard, passing FL..."
PF: "FL..., standard"

Going down:
PF: "altimeters"
PNF: "QNH...., passing .....ft
PF: ".....ft, QNH...."

But then again, it's just how you say it. The real deal is that you don't forget to check your altimeters. It's the same as that I learned "positive rate" after Takeoff at one company, and the next company wanted me to say "positive climb". Most important thing is that you say the wording to trigger the Gear up movement. Otherwise you're dragging those bloody wheels through the air....
