That was not very responsible of the DGCA When Boeing has to get permission from FAA for a test flight, why would DGCA issue ferry permit to Air India?
I know the grounding came from FAA and NTSB is still investigating the two incidents but flying the plane over populated airspace while the fleet is grounded worldwide is quiet irresponsible.
