On my selection day at CTC, there were about 16 of us, 3 were going for ATP and the rest wings (but one chap who was not from the EU so he was going for icp only). 4 passed the pilapt assessment and progressed to the afternoon interview, 3 were wings and one 1 was ATP. All 3 of those that passed the pilapt and then did the subsequent interview got in and began a few months later. I never saw the ATP candidate again but that is perhaps normal, I don't know what the course lead time was for their AQCs. There was 1 that day that didn't pass the assessment although I did see them a few months later in groundschool after (I assume) re-doing the pilapt test leading to a course offer and the rest I didn't see again (although there is a chance I forgot what they may have looked at). It was the people that did well at the pilapt that impressed me most at the group exercise but that was probably co-incidence or some other bias factor.
