Assuming '330 jobs' then for ease of calculation:
330 x £20k = £6.6M
£6.6M x 4 =£26.4M
Not bad from a corporate position and, assuming that much is saved, guaranteed bonuses for those introducing it and bitter feelings for those standing aside and allowing this to happen.
